Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Certain items, such as used or customized products, are non-refundable. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange for a free replacement or a refund as per our policy.
